SatSaver is a small, actively maintained tool. When you reach out — whether it's a bug, a suggestion, or a question — it goes directly to the people who built and run the platform. We don't route support through an AI chatbot or a third-party help desk. You get a real reply from the team.
We built SatSaver because we saw a gap: Bitcoin fee tools existed for developers, but nothing existed for everyday users who just want to know if now is a good time to send. Feedback from users is how that gap keeps closing. If something isn't working, isn't clear, or could be better — we want to know.

What We Can't Help With
SatSaver is a read-only analytics tool. We cannot help you recover lost Bitcoin, reverse a transaction, access a wallet, unlock a frozen exchange account, or troubleshoot wallet software. For those issues, contact your wallet provider or exchange directly.
