1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SatSaver (https://satsaver.app), operated by SureWhyNot.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors and users of the platform.
2. Description of Service
SatSaver is a Bitcoin fee estimation and guidance tool. It provides real-time fee recommendations, a send-vs-wait decision engine, and a transaction fee calculator based on public Bitcoin mempool data. SatSaver is an advisory and analytics tool only. We do not execute transactions, custody funds, provide a cryptocurrency wallet, or offer financial advice of any kind.
3. No Financial Advice
Nothing on SatSaver constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Fee estimates and recommendations are informational only. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions. You should consult a qualified professional before making significant financial decisions.
4. Accuracy of Information
SatSaver makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of fee data. Data is sourced from third-party APIs (mempool.space, CoinGecko) and may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable. Past fee patterns do not guarantee future conditions. Use of this data is at your own risk.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to use SatSaver only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not use the Service to engage in any illegal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, tax evasion, or fraud. You are responsible for all transactions you initiate.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and materials on SatSaver are the property of SureWhyNot.appor its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission. You may share links to SatSaver freely.
7. Third-Party Links
SatSaver may contain links to third-party websites, including affiliate partners. We are not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of any third-party site. Affiliate links are disclosed as required by the FTC. Visiting third-party links is at your own discretion and risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SureWhyNot.appshall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of SatSaver, including but not limited to: financial losses from transactions made based on fee guidance, transaction failures, data inaccuracies, or service outages. The Service is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind.
9. Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to SatSaver. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, third-party API failures, or other factors outside our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of SatSaver after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when changes were last made.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration rather than litigation, to the extent permitted by law.

Privacy Policy
1. Who We Are
SatSaver is operated by SureWhyNot.app. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. We are committed to minimal data collection and transparency.
2. Data We Collect (current-state map)
This is exactly what SatSaver processes today, who processes it, and how long it is kept. Some of this data is pseudonymous — it can be linked back to you through cookies, your IP address, or your account. We do not claim it is anonymous.

Live fee and price data is fetched by our servers from mempool.space, Blockstream, CoinGecko, and Kraken. Because those calls are made server-side, your IP address is not shared with them.
We do not collect: wallet addresses, transaction data, private keys, seed phrases, government IDs, or card numbers. We never will.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use data solely to:
- Operate and improve the Service
- Understand how visitors use the site (Google Analytics)
- Show ads that keep the core tool free (Google AdSense)
- Send the fee alerts and account emails you asked for
- Bill Pro subscriptions (via Stripe)
- Monitor for abuse or security threats
Where the law requires a legal basis (e.g., GDPR): analytics and advertising rely on consent; account, alert, and payment processing rely on performance of a contract; security logging relies on our legitimate interest.
4. Who We Share Data With
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with data brokers. The processors that receive data in order to run the Service are listed in the table above — namely Cloudflare (hosting), Google (Analytics & AdSense), Supabase (accounts & alerts), Stripe (payments), and Resend (email delivery). Each has its own privacy policy governing its handling of your data. We also disclose data to law enforcement only where required by applicable law and proper legal process.
5. Analytics & Advertising
SatSaver currently uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-F3H8PCNRSW) loaded via Google Tag Manager, and Google AdSense for display advertising. We do not use Plausible or any other analytics provider at this time. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on and control ad personalization in your Google Ad Settings. If we ever add, remove, or change a provider, we will update this section.
6. Cookies & Consent
SatSaver uses cookies in three ways: essential (remember your theme and fee-rate preference, keep you signed in), analytics (Google Analytics), and advertising (Google AdSense). Analytics and advertising cookies are denied by default and are set only after you accept them in the CookieYes banner (we use Google Consent Mode v2, so no analytics or ad storage happens before your consent). Essential cookies contain no personal data and are always on. See the Cookies section below for the full breakdown.
7. Data Retention
Account, alert, and email data are retained until you delete your account or cancel the alert (you can delete your account at any time from your account page). Payment records are retained by Stripe per its policy. Analytics and advertising data are retained by Google per its policies. Cloudflare infrastructure logs are short-lived and used only for security and performance.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights under GDPR, CCPA, or similar laws, including: access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, and data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at legal@surewhynot.app. We will respond within 30 days.
9. Children's Privacy
SatSaver is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify users by email if you have subscribed.

The information provided by SatSaver — including fee recommendations, send-vs-wait analysis, and trend data — is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or any form of regulated financial guidance. Nothing on this platform should be relied upon as a basis for making financial decisions.
No Guarantee of Accuracy
Fee data is sourced from third-party APIs and may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable. Bitcoin network conditions can change rapidly and unpredictably. Recommendations made by SatSaver may not reflect actual network conditions at the time you send a transaction. Always verify fee conditions directly in your wallet or via mempool.space before sending.
No Custody of Funds
SatSaver does not hold, store, transfer, or have access to any Bitcoin or cryptocurrency. We are not a money transmitter, exchange, custodian, or financial institution. We have no ability to execute, reverse, or modify any transaction.
Volatility Risk
Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are highly volatile assets. The value of Bitcoin can decrease substantially in a short time. Fee costs denominated in USD fluctuate with both fee rates and Bitcoin's price. Past behavior is not indicative of future results.
Regulatory Compliance
Bitcoin laws and regulations vary by jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of Bitcoin complies with the laws of your country or region. SatSaver makes no representations about the legality of Bitcoin transactions in any specific jurisdiction.
Affiliate Disclosure
How Affiliate Links Work
When you click a link labeled "Partner" or appearing in our Partners/Actions section, you may be directed to a third-party website with a referral parameter in the URL. If you complete a qualifying action (sign up, purchase, etc.), we may receive a small commission from that partner at no cost to you.
Our Commitment
We only recommend products and services that we believe are genuinely useful to the SatSaver audience. Affiliate relationships do not influence the fee data, recommendations, or tool functionality of SatSaver. Commissions help fund the free operation of this platform.
No Hidden Costs
Using an affiliate link never increases your price. Partners compensate us from their own margins. If you prefer not to use affiliate links, you can always navigate directly to the partner's website.

SatSaver is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. As an Amazon Associate, SatSaver earns from qualifying purchases.
